Yes, we are. Being a AAA Approved Auto Repair company means they have done the inspection that allows them to refer AAA Members to our shop.
Even if you are not a AAA Member, this makes our shop a great choice. Here's why. When you choose a shop, you usually call us up, look at our website maybe, and maybe get a friend from a referral. Right?
Well, the AAA goes much further on behalf of their members. First, they perform a thorough inspection of our shop to make sure we have the equipment and the talent to do the work correctly. They check into our background, they investigate our credentials, they check with state agencies, and more. They do this with a dedicated specialist.
Then, they do what you couldn't normally do. They ask us for 100's of our actual customer invoices to inspect. Then, they survey our customers to find out how well we cared for them. The AAA asks our auto repair customers if we did the work right, did it on time, if they were happy with our service, and more.

To do the job right, we must hire quality, competent staff that have the experience and know-how to service your vehicle properly the first time. Then, we must equip them with current tools, equipment and manufacturer resources to allow them to service your cars. And finally, we must choose the right parts for your vehicle.
Being a factory minded auto care center helps us to make sure we get the very best parts for the job. Original equipment (OEM) is one of our main sources of replacement parts for your vehicle. We choose the right part that gives you reliability and peace of mind. You can be assured that we won't cut corners (as some shops do) in choosing the parts for your repairs and maintenance. We make auto repair easier on you!
Yes we do. All you have to do at our shop is show up for your appointment and we will take you to the office or home. Then, when your car is done we will pick you up and bring you back to the shop.
All for no charge for local service.
If you're thinking of the shuttle service like the dealerships, where they drive you all over the county and take a long time, think again.
Our shuttle service is much more personal and direct. You are usually the only customer we are driving and we go directly to your destination. Quick and Easy!

The Care Shop began business in Chino in 1996.
High quality standards, expert workmanship along with personal care and attention have become the hallmarks of our growth.
Over the years we have tried to keep our smaller, more personal service the hallmark of our business. We have grown in our capabilities, but we've not grown to big to give you the service you deserve.
Over 10 years ago we became a AAA Approved Auto Repair shop too. This means they have thoroughly inspected our facility and give us a big thumbs up. When it comes to investigating us, AAA has done the hard work for you.
